*Shipping times do NOT include handling time. Orders placed Monday – Thursday are typically shipped within 24hrs or less. Orders placed Friday morning will be shipped on Friday. Orders placed Friday afternoon/evening, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

- You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
- Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations that will be provided to you during the return process.
- Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
- Original Shipping costs are not included in store credit or refund.

We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
