Easy Returns

We hope the shoe fits! If not, we have hassle-free Returns & exchanges for US orders! Items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of your order. All items MUST be in original condition to be eligible for a return.

Items not in their original condition will NOT be accepted. There are no exceptions. The customer will still be responsible for the payment of the shoes and the shoes will be shipped back.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address.
We stand behind our quality and want to make sure your product is perfect! If you feel that you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered.

Return Instructions

  1. Have your order number ready.

  2. Click the MAKE A RETURN button below to visit the returns page. Complete the steps listed on the screen.

  3. You will be prompted to make an exchange or return your order for a refund.

  4. Package up your return and drop off at your local USPS. Your items must be packaged (please do not tape shoe boxes).

  5. Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return.

Exchanges

We'll make sure you get the perfect fit with no additional shipping costs to you! Say goodbye to disappointing stockouts and delays! We got your back, and feet ;) Exchanges are limited to 1 per customer

Refunds

No longer need your items? No problem! Our Return Portal will generate your return shipping label and reflect the cost associated. Please note original shipping fees are not included in refunds.

  3. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email with your credit or refund information

We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit
