Items may be returned for Store Credit only. Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order to be accepted. Returned items must appear UNWORN (new) and in ALL of the original packaging. Shoe boxes must be packaged in a shipping box to ship back.
We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
We NO longer offer exchanges. Our products are in high demand and if you send back an item to exchange for a different size, there is no guarantee we will have what you want in stock at that time. However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit via EMAIL once we’ve received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item!
