Return Policy

We hope the shoe fits! If not, we have hassle-free Returns. Items may be returned for Store Credit or a Refund within 30 days of the original purchase.

All items MUST be in their original condition to be eligible for a return. Items not in their original condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer after additional shipping has been paid by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Items will not be replaced or refunded if sent to an incorrectly entered address. 

We stand behind our quality and want to make sure your product is perfect! If you feel you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us here within 7 days of your order being delivered.

United States Returns

Return Instructions:

  1. Have your order number ready.
  2. Click HERE to begin your return after reading all of the instructions on this page. Complete the steps listed on the screen. 
  3. You will have the option to print your return label, or you can show your QR code at one of the approved locations to have label printed for you. (The QR code will be provided via email once you book your return.)
  4. Take your return to any of the 31,000 US drop-off locations that will be provided to you during the return process.
  5. Look for updates, as we’ll keep you informed so you can easily track the progress of your return and refund.
  6. Original Shipping costs are not included in store credit or refund.

STORE CREDIT - Return shipping is covered by The Shoe Fairy. 

REFUNDS - We will deduct the following from your refund to cover the return shipping cost:

    Heels: $9.99

    Slides: $7.99

    Extras/Jewelry: $3.99

  1. Please specify on the packing slip if you would like store credit or a refund.
  2. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email with your credit or refund information. 

  We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
