CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes! Domestic orders within the US come with a prepaid return label and instructions. Simply stick the label on the original box and send them back. Once received, we will issue store credit via email that can be used towards the new size or style of your choice. To view our full Policy, click here.
THE PLASTIC IS TIGHT, HOW DO I BREAK IN MY SHOES?
Please keep in mind when the plastic is brand new, it may feel tight at first! The more you wear them, the more they will begin to break in. Wearing them with socks will also help stretch the plastic more. One trick that works like a charm is applying heat from your blow dyer (this will soften the plastic) and then putting them on!
THESE SHOES ARE TOO SMALL, WHY?
Did you slide your foot all the way into the shoe? Keep in mind the plastic can feel very tight at first! You may have to stand up in the shoe to get your toes to slide all the way to the front. If your heel is hanging way off the edge, first make sure your toes are actually to the front of the shoe!
MY TOES SLIDE OVER THE FRONT, ARE THESE TOO SMALL?
Not necessarily! Your toes may just be sliding in them too much. If your heel fits fine in the back, you just need to get a gel insert or foot pad to keep your foot in place to prevent your toes from sliding forward.
DO YOU CARRY WIDE HEELS?
These heels do NOT come in wide styles! However, we do have a few styles that have a wider toe bed. These include Lush, Luminous, Bella, Nova Bella and Knockout.
I HAVE NARROW FEET, WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
If you are looking for a short heel, Pixie and Dreamer both run narrow. We do NOT recommend the Princess heels for narrow feet. Any other style is just fine! If the shoe appears loose in the foot strap area, we suggest getting a foot pad or insert to stick in the insole to take up any extra space.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PLATFORM HEIGHT TO PICK?
That is completely based on the individual! We suggest checking your federation’s guidelines first. Then it is up to you. Most people find that a higher platform (1”) is easier to walk in. This is because it makes the shoe feel less steep. However, the 1” platform may appear bulky on someone who is very short (5 feet or less). In that case, we suggest a ¾” or shorter platform.
I AM ALREADY TALL. ARE 5” HEELS TOO HIGH FOR ME?
No! That is the standard heel height across most federations. Remember that you will be competing against girls in your height class, so you will all be tall!
I AM A FIRST TIME COMPETITOR, WHICH SHOES DO YOU RECOMMEND?
ANY! The most important question is, which shoes will you feel most comfortable in? It all depends on your style and preference. We always advise everyone to choose the shoe that they would feel most confident in! Please check your federation’s guideline’s first.
WILL MY FEDERATION ALLOW THESE?
It depends! Look on your federation’s website to find out if they have any specific requirements.
I AM A HALF SIZE, SHOULD I SIZE UP OR DOWN?
Each shoe has sizing instructions in the description. We recommend going up to the next whole size because we noticed with all of the exchanges we do, everyone almost always tends to have to go bigger!
