Toe strap keeps ripping

I’ve bought two pairs of heels in the past year because the plastic over my toes had ripped. These specific heels are over $100 and I should not of needed to buy two pairs in one year. I only wear them posing and at my competitions and have never had this issue with any other heel company. They are comfortable and beautiful but I am not ok with the reoccurring issue and spending 200$ or more a year on competition heels.I’m not hard on them either just practicing. Just wanted to give feed back Incase this happens to others. .

Glitz Strapless

I was a little nervous to order my first pair of strapless heels, but after trying three pairs of the strap (and absolutely loving them) I was ready to try something new. I trust The Shoe Fairy and I knew that they wouldn’t make a product that didn’t make sense or that I didn’t love. To say I’m OBSESSED with my new glitz strapless would be an understatement. They broke in beautiful, they’re comfortable, convenient and SO SPARKLY. I absolutely love them and cannot recommend them enough!

Need an exchange

I would really like to return my shoes size 9 for a size 8 I ordered them for the MPC nationals and they are way too wide for my feet would really appreciate it if you guys would except the return and said to be a size 8. I was really surprised that even with the heel good insert they did not fit and were too wide

Shoes are blindingly sparkly ❤️ Love them. Clear band is tight at first but loosens as you wear them.
