Sizing: We do NOT recommend this style if you have extremely narrow OR wide feet.
Medium width, true to size. If you are a half size, we suggest sizing DOWN to the nearest whole size. These run more on the "big" side.
If your foot is wider or the plastic feels tight, you may apply heat from a blow dryer for 10-30 seconds to help the plastic expand and stretch.

Maintenance: Easy to clean insole! This insole can be wiped clean in just 60 seconds with some warm water and soap. It dries instantly and will look brand new.

DO YOU CARRY WIDE HEELS?
These heels do NOT come in wide styles! However, we do have a few styles that have a wider toe bed. These include Olympian, Lush, Luminous, Bella, Nova Bella and Knockout.
